The Siu Sai Wan Complex project was led by Architectural Services Department and Leisure and Cultural Service Department and Home Affairs Department are the users’ departments.  ACLA is working with the project architect, namely Ronald Lu & Partners (HK) Ltd, who is as well the lead consultant. This municipal service building is organized in two building blocks comprising 1,000-seat multipurpose arena, indoor heated swimming pool, a library and activities rooms. Two blocks are linked with bridges and escalators over a lofty atrium space. ACLA’s focus is on planting design and green opportunities were fully explored, which can be found at the entrance plaza, corridors and roofs.
