ACLA’s first collaboration with Development Bureau, HKSAR to conduct Roadside Tree Survey

ACLA has been recently appointed by Development Bureau of HKSAR to conduct a Roadside Tree Survey in Hong Kong New Territories. The project will require our team of professional Horticulturists to conduct a territory wide tree survey – a minimum of 12,000 Roadside Trees in the Hong Kong New Territories, encompassing districts of Islands, North, Yuen Long, Sai Kung, Tuen Mun, Tai Po, Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan and Sha Tin. As a professional Landscape Consultant, we strive for innovation and continuous improvements. In this Assignment, we have developed an integrated GIS approach to expedite tree survey data input and reporting process and; increase data consistency and accuracy. We have assured confidence that, using GIS as the fundamental analysis and management tool and; the wealth of project experiences with various Hong Kong government departments, our quality service and deliverables will lead us to other future tree survey assignments to be conducted in Kowloon and Hong Kong.
